The Ghana u-20 team "satellites" will meet with Nigeria "flying eagles" u-20 team at the semi-final on 18th of march.
The Satellites’ 0-1 defeat to Mali on Sunday saw them end the group phase as runners-up to the Malians, who have won all matches so far in the tournament.
Nigeria topped Group A after two opening wins and a draw with Cote d'Ivoire on Saturday.
Wednesday’s clash has been tagged the final before the final as the two sides have absentee champions Egypt separating them on the all-time performance log.
While Nigeria have won the trophy half a dozen times, Ghana have won it three times with the last in 2009 in Rwanda.
Mali will play hosts Senegal in the second semi-final a day later.
All semi-finalists have already made it to New Zealand 2015 for the world cup in May.
