The Ghana police will be rewarding any memeber of the public with 5000 ghana cedis ....with information that will lead to the arrest of Alifa Adams , alias Cassidy or Baaba.
Alifa is said to be the mastermind of the police recruitment scam .... which hundreds of Ghanains were duped.
Alifa is fair in complexion, with tribal mark on his right cheek and with tattoo all over his body.
Anyone with useful information should contact the police CID or go to the nearest police station.
