Baby Jet Promotions held a press conference for the WBA International Lightweight Championship,on 21st April, ahead of its bout on April 24th, which will be held at the Accra Sports Stadium. The press conference will take place at the Conference Room of the Best Western Premier Hotel, Airport-Accra.
The event will see all the boxers, including
the foreign-based crop, present to answer
questions from the assembled media ahead
of the bout. Managers and corner men of
all the boxers, the event organizers and
sponsors will also be on hand. The latest
boxing promotion of the Baby Jet stable
features the vacant WBA International
Lightweight championship between Ghana’s Emmanuel Tagoe and Joebert Delos Reyes from the Philippines as the main event alongside other exciting undercard fights.
The Al-Ain marksman, who is also the president of Baby Jet Promotions, a fast improving boxing syndicate, has a passion for the pugilistic sport.
“Like music, boxing has always been a passion. I love the sport and love it most when I am at the ringside. I have a game on Tuesday, but I will definitely be around for Friday’s bout.
“I call Tagoe from time to time to check on how he is faring and indications are that he is under strict instructions regarding his diet and training program,” Gyan said on telephone.
Media registration and accreditation will
also be carried out. The April 24 bout at the
Accra Sports Stadium is in partnership with
SuperSport and sponsored by Mama Vits,
Starr FM and Bester Western Premier
Hotel. Media partners include Peace FM,
UTV, Happy FM, Okay FM and Neat FM.
The fight will be exclusively available on
