millions of Christians, life revolves around pastors. Christians seem to be unable to function in life without pastors doing
their thinking. In time of troubles many run to pastors instead of God.
The modern christains this days can go any length adore thier pastor, for instance you hear some church goers calling thier pastor daddy and his wife mummy. Millions of Christians have placed pastors in front of their lives, when the real Shepherd should be Jesus Christ. Pastors are leaders who want followers. They also want your money. They want you to believe they know and understand truth. They want you to regard them as special.
Many Christians tend to think that pastors are smarter, holier, more righteous, wiser, have greater understanding of spiritual truth, and are spiritual fathers who must be followed throughout life if one must enter the kindom of God.
Some christains left thier country to travel to another man's country in search of pastor, salvation and miracle one will wonder if God is not every where. If God can't save you no man has the power to save... God has grant everyone equal access to him but many Christians place thier pastors as supernatural beings.
There was an instance of a popular church that it building that collapse and killed the church members who were mostly foreigners from another country seeking for miracles and salvation. This a particular church which pastor is widely known for his miracles and future predictions. He can't predict his immediate surrounding to prevent this members from dying. But yet he takes credits for any disastrous incident claiming he has predicted it before it happen.
Due to unnecessary pressure from church members for thier pastor to predict future and perform mircles, Many pastor visit spiritual homes or herbalist in search of powers to perform wonders. Many so called christain can't visit any church where mircles is not perform.
Salvation and eternal life do not come from pastors, Many Christians see thier pastors as psychologist and doctors, some Christians will prefer to visit pastors instead of hostipal when the are sick, some will prefer to take pastor's anointing oil instead of taking tablet that will relieve them of thier sickness.
Nowadays miracle are been purchase and sold like every other business. Miracle was free only during the time of jesus.But these days Some churches ask for consultation fees before for you to meet a pastor. Some sell anointing oil, church stickers, shirts, very expensive that an average church member can't afford to buy.
Many pastors build schools from church funds, and can grant it members access to scholarships. They make the fees expensive and are not worried if their church memebers can afford it.
Some pastors has one or more private jet ... while his innocent members treks, after donation thier hard earn money in form of offering, tithe, and church donation.
In conclusion, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. God didn't send a pastor to come and die for our sins. Jesus promise to send the holy spirit as a comforter which is the holy spirit he didn't promise to side a pastor.
