"The Lord of the Ribs: Basketmouth blast by Ghanains on social media for grabbing mic from someone on stage.

"The Lord of the Ribs" a stand up comedy show took place at Accra international conference center on saturday night showcasing the best of Nigeria and Ghana comedies.

King of Africa comedy, Basket mouth was present with Ghana best comedians such as
DKB, The Two Idiots and Hogan. Hiplife artist such as Smart Nkansah, Pat Thomas and daughter Nana Yaa as well as Kwadwo Akwaboah and son Kwabena Akwaboah Junior .

Basketmouth cause a scene by walking up to the stage and grabbing the mic from pat thomas, reason been that he want to enough time perform and pat was wasting time.

Ghanains didn't take that well as they criticize and blast him for his action on social media.

“The show last night was good. Nabil
Alhassan and his team planned and executed a good show at “The Lords of the
Ribs” comedy show. Music was superb with
Kwadwo Akoaboah and his son Kwabena
and so were Pat Thomas and his daughter
Nana Yaa. Comedy was good. Don Dkb was
superb once again and he rightly got a
standing ovation at the end. SIM Card’s
knowledge of Ghanamanisms was surprising. The lowest and most despicable
part was when headline comedy act
Basketmouth stormed the stage, collected
the microphone from Pat Thomas while he
was performing and asked him to leave the
stage. I have never seen anything as
disrespectful. I mean imagine a comedy
show in Lagos with a Nigerian legend like
Sonny Ade performing and a Ghanaian
comedian like DKB goes on stage, takes the
mic from him and asks him to leave the
stage because he had been waiting for too
long. I don’t know how the organisers
handled it, but such gross disrespect as
exhibited by Basketmouth on a Ghanaian
stage to such a big name veteran should be
condemned in no uncertain terms.”
